The Reference fields can be made available by administrators by: Configure >List Layout For Reference: Attached Screenshot "After" uses example Caller.city which now shows up on the personalized columns 2. Reference fields are not available without list Layout configuration in the Personalize List Columns. 3. Other users can then find the added reference field by Reseting the column default.
