Auto assignment based on skills is not working for Work Order Task



Work Order Tasks are not getting automatically assigned after being qualified. Based on the assignment group and the skills filter, the task should be automatically assigned to one of the matching users.

Work Order tasks were set for manual assignment on the Field Service Management configuration. 
Auto assignment would only occur by clicking the Auto Assign UI Action on the work order task. 


 To get the Work Order Tasks auto assigned, please set the Field Service Management task assignment to auto assign: 

  1. On the navigation, open "Field Service"->"Administration"->"Configuration";
  2. On the form, select the "Assignment" tab;
  3. Set the "Assignment method for tasks" to "Using auto assignment";
