Console Error "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)" & "Record Producer does not exists" Cause Read ACL on Record Producer [sc_cat_item_producer] table which has roles defined like catalog_admin so only Users with Role - Catalog_admin can access record producer from Service Portal. This ACL is not available on OOB Enterprise Instance. Some customers have this ACL from their Express Instances. Resolution Delete this ACL or Modify ACL to give access to all users.
