When mousing over the Add User icon in the mini chat, two (2) tooltips are displayed. Description Build information: Seen in both Kingston p4 and Kingston p5 Chrome Only

Issue Description: If you start a chat with multiple users and then hover over the Add User icon, you will see that two tooltips are displayed instead of just one.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a chat with multiple users 2. Hover over the Add User icon at the top of the chat window

Workaround After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or future releases.
