Can the Connect Support user interface be Customized to include company specific branding



Users are unable to customize the user interface for the connect support to include company specific branding. The Connect Support window appears white and without any branding to show that its official to the company instance.

This is currently unsupported to customize the connect support user interface.


Unfortunately, there are no ways to customize the connect support queue window. The code responsible for the same is in the backend. Hence it allows little customization with the connect window. An enhancement request FTASK38781 is created to the User Interface development team to allow customers to modify/customize the window. The enhancement request is still open and the team would review the same to see if this feature should be incorporated in the future releases.
