TPP - Re-creating a previously deleted table that is extending another table from CMDB hierarchy does not inherit columns from extended tableDescriptionRe-creating a previously deleted table that is extending another table from CMDB hierarchy does not inherit columns from extended table. The re-created table is not usable because columns are not inherited form the parent. Also, the re-created table displays the same label as the parent table.Steps to Reproduce 1. Navigate to sys_db_object.list and create a new table (u_new_table_name) extending cmdb_ci or other table in cmdb hierarchy2. Observe the inherited columns on u_new_table_name3. Open the sys_db_object record for the newly created table and execute the UI actions "Delete all records" and afterwards "Delete"./sys_db_object_list.do?sysparm_query=name%3Du_new_table_name4. Check the sys_storage_table_alias for entries defined for u_new_table_name./sys_storage_table_alias_list.do?sysparm_query=table_name%3Du_new_table_name5. Check sys_storage_alias for entries defined for u_new_table_name./sys_storage_alias_list.do?sysparm_query=table_name%3Du_new_table_name6. Re-create table u_new_table_name extending the same parent. 7. Open the sys_db_object record for the newly created table.Note that no column is inherited from parent.Expected behavior: Orphan storage alias records should not exist after table deletion and we should be able to re-create the tableActual behavior: Orphan storage alias records should not exist after table deletion and columns are not inherited form parent when table is recreatedWorkaroundDelete the table using the TableUtils drop API and then re-create it.
