Steps to Reproduce

Open any record, for example, a record from the incident list.

Expand the filter condition builder.

In the drop-down, type "business".

Note that the filter does not show the related fields of the list>

Workaround After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided not to address this issue.
