Module or Menu is not visible Description A module or menu is not visible in the navigation pane.

Cause The Module/Menu is inactive The Module/Menu is only available for specific role users Resolution If the menu is not visible or available for any user: Open the menu from System Definition > Application Menus ( /sys_app_application_list.do ) Search for the menu that is not available, for example, look for Title = System Applications Make sure it's active If the menu is active: Look for role and make sure the users who are trying to access that menu have the role mentioned in the menu. If the module is not available: Go to System Definition > Modules ( /sys_app_module_list.do ) Check if the module is active Check that the users have the role mentioned in the module.
