Steps to Reproduce

If you are not using UI15, switch to UI15. 2. Click the gear icon next to the chat and logout button. 3. In the drop-down list, under the Home header choose Dashboards. 4. Click on the Home button on the bookmark in the left side bookmarks.

Note that the homepage (home.do) is loaded instead of the dashboard (pa_dashboard.do) Navigating via URL (https:// .service-now.com/home.do redirects to the dashboard. Workaround After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or future releases.
