How to prevent users from adding attachments to the record producers? Issue

Description This article explains how to prevent users from adding attachments to the record producers. There is no out of the box functionality to do the same.

Procedure The user will have to create an onLoad catalog client script for the record producers to which the end user should not attach any files. The script is given below.

Additional Information The script uses DOM manipulation which ServiceNow does not encourage. The customer will have to implement this at their own risk.
