How to remove dropdown field type in option in Service Portal for Select Box variables Issue

Description There is a type-in feature available in Service Portal while viewing/selecting Select Box variables. The users can follow the below steps to remove that feature.

Procedure If the customer wants to hide the type in option, they will have to modify the theme of the portal.

Once the theme is identified, they have to add the following lines of code in the CSS variables section of the same.

.select2-search { display: None; }

Once they save the theme after making this change, they can observe that the type-in feature is no longer available.
