Incident table's State field not showing "Closed" stateIssue There are cases where it's noticed that for the incident records, some users can't change the state to "Closed" state even after providing the proper roles to do so.ResolutionThis is because there is an out-of-the-box onLoad client script named (BP)Hide Choice - Closed that hides the "Closed" choice (having value 7) from both incident_state as well as state field. This script hides this choice from everyone but users with itil_admin role. (admin users are exceptions - means they can see) Based on custom business requirements, this script can be disabled (setting "Active" field to false) such that all users can see this choice available.
