Steps to Reproduce

Create a new table called u_test_table with two fields:

field name: "u_test_table_name", field type: "Table Name" field name: "u_test_field_name", field type: "Field Name", Dependent Field: "u_test_table_name" Create a UI Policy without any condition to set "u_test_table_name" as Read Only.

Note that even though the field "u_test_field_name" is greyed out, you can still change its value by clicking on it and picking something from the drop-down list.

Workaround After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided not to address this issue.
