Approval user for request is not receiving approval notificationIssue When a specific user is correctly added to the list of approvers for a request, based on the Group Approval activity from the workflow, this user does not get any notification upon creation of the approval record. All other users in the group get the notification. CauseThe user has notifications for "Catalog Approval Request" set to Unsubscribe. ResolutionPlease impersonate the user and open the settings by clicking the icon on the top right corner. On the left of the popup modal, click "Notifications" and select "Approval". From the list, open the "Catalog Approval Request" and enable the notifications. You can also open the table "cmn_notif_message" where this information is stored and fix the details.
