Activity Formatter field shows as empty - Known Error

Activity Formatter field shows as empty Description Including angle brackets ( ) in a string field causes the entire field's contents to be omitted from the Activity Formatter.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to Incident > Open and open an incident that you can test with. Add the Short Description field in the Activity Formatter's filter. Update the Short Description Field with the following text: To: Test Email

Save the Incident. Note that the Short Description field in the Activity Formatter does not show the new value. Test again with any text that doesn't use the symbols. Save the Incident again. Note that the Short Description field in the Activity Formatter now shows the new value.
