Cause The [dmn_demand] table extends the [task] table, but unlike the other task extended tables, this has a dictionary override on the display value of the 'Number' field, which is what is needed to display on the Assessment/Survey Card. Resolution Modify the dictionary override by right clicking on the 'Name' field and navigating to Configure Dictionary > (Related Lists) Dictionary Overrides > dmn_demand.This record will show 'Override Display Value' as true. Setting this to false instead, then the Display Value becomes the Number, causing the UI Page to use the default Demand Number instead of the Short Description.
