When the MID Server sends a response back to the instance, the ecc_queue input record is inserted by the MID Server login user. The record is inserted as, and the scripts that this triggers are run as, the domain of that user.

Therefore, the Response will be saved on the MID Server User's domain.

Domain Separated MID Servers are intended to be used on a Single Domain. Usually Multi Domain MID Servers are not supported, unless they are placed in the global Domain. Please see the link below on how to set up a Multi domain MID Server -
