Adding a video on a Knowledge Base article Issue Description The steps below describe how to add a video into a knowledge article.

Procedure 1. Login as instance administrator

2. In the navigation filter type sys_properties.list 3. Search for the following system properties: glide.html.sanitize_all_fields glide.translated_html.sanitize_all_fields 4. Set them to false and save 5. Try attaching the videos in the KB articles
