Comments field (or any field with Audit turned off at Dictionary field level) updates do not appear in Activities Filtered on form Issue  Symptoms Unable to view previously saved data for the field for example for the alm_asset.comments (Additional Comments) field in an out of box instance where previously added comments do not display in the Activities Filtered

Cause For most fields with this issue it is out of the box behavior for the field and is controlled via the Dictionary setting at the field level, where this field is being excluded from being audited

Resolution Update the attribute setting for the associated field in the dictionary record to audit=true This fix may be applied for any field with this issue where the dictionary attribute for no_audit is set to true Additional Information
