Downloading Japanese named file attachments in Win 7 / IE11 corrupts the original file names and makes them unreadableDescription When download Japanese named file attachments in Win/IE11, the original file names get corrupted and become unreadable. Steps to Reproduce 1) Log in an instance using Win 7 OS with IE11. 2) Go to Incidents > All 3) Find incidents with Japanese name file attachments. 4) Download the Japanese files by clicking on "Download all". 5) Expand the compressed downloaded file and notice all the original file names become gibberish and invalid. Workaround This issue was due to a Win 7 OS bug, for which a Microsoft hotfix was applied: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2704299/japanese-characters-in-file-names-are-displayed-as-garbled-text-after Previously used workarounds were the following: - Download the attachments individually. - Use a third party zipping utility to extract the files.
