Workflow Stages are not rendering in the order similar to the flow of the workflow.DescriptionThe order of the workflow stages in the RITM widget in service portal is not displaying in the order similar to the flow of the workflow.CauseThe Stage order field on the Stages tab has two options: Computed uses the actual workflow path in orderUser-specified uses the order specified in the Order column on the Workflow Stages record The User-specified order was different from the flow of the workflow and therefore it appeared in the user-specified order in the widget.ResolutionIf the stage order is selected to be "User-specified", then the stages are displayed in the ascending order of their "order number". Thus changing the order number would change the way the stages are displayed in the widget. The RITM widget in the service portal uses the stage-rendering as "Workflow-driven" by default and it is not possible to change the type of stage-rendering.Additional InformationWorkflow stage renderers
