Connect Chat: Auto complete does not work for Japanese user names in IE11 Description Auto complete does not work for Japanese user names on Connect Chat in IE11 for Jakarta Patch 5 and later releases.

Steps to Reproduce

Install the Japanese language plugin.

In IE11, start Connect Chat.

Press the + icon.

Copy and paste a Japanese user name in your instance (for example, 秀夫) in the TO field.

Note that the drop-down Japanese user name list does not show up.

Workaround Use Import XML to import the attached PRB1236615_workaround_JP5_fixed.xml XML file.
