Fields are not being saved on the kb_knowledge table (intermitant issue)


The customer has an intermittent issue when sometime the values in the kb_knowledge form are failed to be saved.

Steps to Reproduce


  1. Impersonate the user Sanne Trampedach
  2. Open a KB and update the short description to test
  3. Save by right clicking on the header, and then Save
  4. The record was saved.
  5. Change the short description to test 1, and save by clicking on the Update UI Action

    The value was not saved this time.
