Fields are not being saved on the kb_knowledge table (intermitant issue)
The customer has an intermittent issue when sometime the values in the kb_knowledge form are failed to be saved.
Steps to Reproduce
- Impersonate the user Sanne Trampedach
- Open a KB and update the short description to test
- Save by right clicking on the header, and then Save
- The record was saved.
- Change the short description to test 1, and save by clicking on the Update UI Action
The value was not saved this time.
