Fields are not being saved on the kb_knowledge table (intermitant issue)Description The customer has an intermittent issue when sometime the values in the kb_knowledge form are failed to be saved. Steps to Reproduce Impersonate the user Sanne TrampedachOpen a KB and update the short description to testSave by right clicking on the header, and then SaveThe record was saved.Change the short description to test 1, and save by clicking on the Update UI ActionThe value was not saved this time.
