Steps to Reproduce

Install the Connect Support and I18N: Hebrew Translation plugins.

Switch your language to Hebrew as the end user.

Click on Connect Support

Note that the chat_support page aligns itself from left to right, whereas the text and the page should align itself from right-to-left.
