Facilities requests are not creating tasks when configured via template Issue  Facilities requests are not creating tasks when created via template. Cause Inactivation of (Create Sub Tasks) business rule. Resolution After further investigation, determined that the issue was caused because of the inactivation of the (Create Sub Tasks) business rule provided below: https://XXXXINSTANCENAMEXXXX.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=sys_script.do?sys_id=3ae35b3047232100158b949b6c9a71da Upon activating this business rule and placing the facilities_request record into "Ready" state, the tasks were created.
