CauseDeleted projects associated to the affected portfolio ResolutionTo resolve the issue, user would have to delete the invalid keys associated to the affected budget plan. After doing so we were able to resolve the issue upon re-promoting the associated budget plan. This option was not available previously as the assoicated budget period was not open. As stated in documentation provided below the budget period for a fiscal period must be closed to open a forecast period for the corresponding fiscal period.
