On IE11: Service Portal Page header section and left column of the content page is overlapped when widow size(width) is minimized around 770px-815px

Steps to Reproduce

On OOB instance (JP7) using IE11:

Navigate to Service portal page: /sp Search 'help' on the search head From search results page, change the size of the screen, and the layout changes When the width is around 770px-815px, the header section and left column of the content page is overlapped.

The Header and left column of the content page overlap. It should look like this:

Workaround After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or future releases.
