Invalid update.As a consequence, users cannot update in either global or Application Portfolio management app. WorkaroundThis problem is fixed in all currently supported releases. Review the Fixed In section to determine the latest version with a permanent fix your instance can be upgraded to. A possible simple workaround, since updating the sys_choice is not working fine, is to delete the record and create a new one to replace it.
