Steps to Reproduce

1. In a Chrome browser window on a Windows 7 machine, navigate to kb_knowledge.list. 2. Open any existing article and click within the HTML editor field. 3. Click either page up (fn + up) or page down (fn + down).

Note that instead of the page moving up and down, the filter navigator disappears and the page is pulled to the left.
