Removing demo data removes workflows from the com.glideapp.workflow.authoring plugin Description Removing demo data removes workflows from the com.glideapp.workflow.authoring plugin.

"clean_demo_data.js" removes the Out of Box Workflows from the "com.glideapp.workflow.authoring" plugin. The following workflows are affected:

Service Catalog Item Request on Requested Item [sc_req_item] table Service Catalog Request on Request [sc_request] table

Steps to Reproduce

Request a removal of demo data from your instance by navigating to Self-Service > Service Requests on Now Support (HI).

Once the demo data request has been submitted and completed, navigate back to your instance.

Navigate to Workflow > Workflow Versions and search using the following criteria:

Note that the following workflows have been removed:

Workaround After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and the cost and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or near future releases. We do not make this decision lightly, and we apologise for any inconvenience.

As a workaround, import the attached wf_workflow_version XML file into the instance. For more information on this procedure, see the product documentation Export and import XML files .
