Hover text containing special characters like ' adds a \ before the character if the text is modified by a Security Rule

On a field, if the hover text contains a special character like a an apostrophe symbol and if the field cannot be modified based on a Security rule, the system adds a forward slash \ before the special character, and some text saying security prevents from writing into this field.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Login as administrator.
  2. Open an Incident form.
  3. Configure the label of any field, for example the Knowledge checkbox on the Closure information section.
  4. Modify the help text such that it contains a character like ' in it.
  5. Add a security rule to prevent writing into the field by any ITIL users.
  6. Impersonate any ITIL user and try to write into the field. Observe the hover text appearing contains a forward slash before the special character '.
