Steps to Reproduce

In the instance header (top right of screen), click the magnifying glass icon to expand the global search text box.

Type some text.

Click the magnifying glass icon.

Nothing happens and/or the global search text box collapses. No search is performed.

Workaround This is expected functionality. The magnifying glass icon in the global search text box controls the display of the text box. To execute a search, press the Enter button.
