Filter List v3, Unable to query records between date and time. Description Unable to query records between date and time, fields to set a time are not shown in the popup window, fields are displayed when the page is refreshed.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to incident > All Filter records by created - between - Any Date to Any Date Notice, fields to type a specific time are missing Run the query Reload frame Click on the date you selected on the query Notice, fields are displayed and you can actually type a specific time. Workaround Run the query first with the 2 dates selected (without the time). Reload the form and click on the dates you selected in the filter. You will notice that can now select the time as well.
