Entering partial text in a reference field and then clicking the reference qualifier causes no records to be found in List v3. Description Entering partial text in a reference field and then clicking the reference qualifier causes no records to be found in List v3.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a form with a refrernce field. 2. Type a character to two into a reference field. This needs to be characters that match some of the results. 3. Click the Reference Qualifier icon.

Expected Results: The Reference Selector should show matches for the partial search entered in step 2

Actual Results: The Reference Selector does not filter by the partial search.
