Barcode scanner is not available for list search in ServiceNow's Android mobile app Description Barcode scanner is not available for list search in ServiceNow's Android native mobile app. This feature is available when using the ServiceNow's iOS native mobile app.

Steps to Reproduce

On an Android device, open up the ServiceNow mobile app Browse to a table list Select options > Search Note that, unlike the iOS version the Android app does not have a scan barcode option available.

Workaround This functionality for the ServiceNow android app has been added to our developer's backlog. If you would like visibility on the progress, an Enhancement Request can be logged with the technical support team.
