Steps to Reproduce Navigate to Self-Service > KnowledgeClick on import article icon present on Knowledge homepageDrag and drop the attached doc file, L1 Support KB Article Template (2).docxSelect the Knowledge Base > ImportOpen the created Knowledge article Observe it has lost the original horizontal line and font-size. Workaround In a Word document, horizontal lines are represented using Vector Markup Language, which is not supported by the Knowledge Import functionality.If required, users will need to manually add an horizontal line by editing the article.
