Steps to Reproduce

Ensure email sending is active on the instance Activate the email_reply UI Macro Create some dummy emails from pre existing incident records using the email client function Check the activity filter for a record of the sent email Workaround If you are experiencing this issue in a fixed version, ensure that you have set the necessary property to remediate this issue:

NOTE: The fix for this does not make use of the email_reply UI Macro. To enable this functionality in UI16 with the new fix, create a new sys_property named glide.ui16.emailStreamResponseActions and set it to true .
