The issue was reproduced on demonightlygeneva

Steps to Reproduce

Log into demonightlygeneva Switch to UI15 Navigate to the change_request list Click on the List and Form View , verify that it is the horizontal one 5. Open one of the records from the list, the record opens in the bottom part of the page 6. Right click on the form header to Toggle Template Bar The Template Bar opens, but you can see only half of it. See screenshot. Workaround There is no workaround for this issue.
