Write ACLs on task.comments prevent users to write to Journal fields on child tables even when the ACL for child table pass Description Failing write ACL on the parent table, task table, prevents users to write to Journal Fields on child table, Incident form or HR case in this issue, even if the write ACL passes on the child table and the record itself.

Steps to Reproduce

Pre-requisites: UI16 is in use, live forms is enabled, and Work notes is the default input for the Activity stream.

Navigate to the ACL list and look for task.comments write ACL. Under the Requires Role, remove itil and task editor roles, and add admin role to the ACL and Save . In the ACL list, look for incident.comments write ACL, and verify that itil role exists under the Requires Role. Impersonate an itil user and open any open incident. The checkbox is missing.
