Navigate to the ACL list and look for task.comments write ACL.Under the Requires Role, remove itil and task editor roles, and add admin role to the ACL and Save.In the ACL list, look for incident.comments write ACL, and verify that itil role exists under the Requires Role.Impersonate an itil user and open any open incident.
