On UI15, the activity formatter (journal field) shows the email sent recipients list truncated Description On UI15, the sent email recipient list is truncated up to 36 characters. On UI16, it displays correctly.

Steps to Reproduce

Make sure the UI is UI15. Navigate to any incident record. Click on the email client Icon under the ... more options button in the top right corner. Enter in 3 or more email addresses and test in the subject and in the body. Send the email. Refresh the record.

The email addresses are truncated in the Activity Formatter.

Now install the UI16 plugin and change the UI to UI16. Review the same incident you sent email from previously.

Notice there is no truncation and the look is much cleaner. Workaround Install the UI16 plugin and switch the user interface to UI16.
