In a domain-separated instance, metrics on choices save values instead of labelsDescriptionIn a domain-separated environment, a choice in a domain with no equivalent in the global domain causes the value of the metric to be saved instead of the labels.Steps to Reproduce Install the MSP domain separation plugin. For more information, see the documentation topic Activate a plugin. Set your session to a particular domain, for example, TOP/MSP/Default. For more information, see the product documentation topic Domain assignment. While still in the default domain, navigate to Incident > Create New and on the incident form, right-click the State field label and choose Configure Choices. Create a new choice with Label set to "Test metric choice" and Value set to 144, click Add, and then click Save. The choice is created in default domain. Change the incident state to the newly created state and save the incident. Navigate to Metrics > Definitions and select the metric definition "Incident State Duration"(MTRC0000004). Look at the last created metric instances in the related list. Note that the metrics reflect the value "144" rather than the correct label "Test metric choice". WorkaroundThis issue is under review.
