Internationalization plugins - Setting a field label with a hyperlink for an activated foreign language shows only the URL associated to EnglishDescription Configuring the field label dictionary to set a hyperlink for different languages shows only the English URL, although the hints for the same label are shown in the appropriate language. Steps to Reproduce Install a language plugin, for example, German Navigate to Incident > Open, right-click on the Caller label, and choose Configure Dictionary. In the Labels related link, note there are two rows, one for English and one for German Configure the English row to include a URL, for example, https://www.google.co.uk. Configure the German row to include a different URL, for example, https://www.google.de. Click Update to return to the form Note that the label is now configured with a URL to UK Google, and the hint is in English. Change to the other language and reload the same record Note that the hint is in German but the hyperlink is still configured for the English setting This issue behaves the same way when adding a third language, for example, French. If the English label hyperlink is not set, even if the German/French hyperlink is set, the blank English value takes precedence anyway, and no hyperlink is seen for any language. Workaround After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and the impact and risk of attempting a fix to the relevant code, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or future releases. We do not make this decision lightly, and we apologize for any inconvenience. Related Problem: PRB719563
