Blank screen after clicking on the chart body in the "Problem Triage and Fix SLA" dashboard Description Sometimes when a section of a report visualization on a dashboard is clicked, a blank screen comes up rather than the expected list or drilldown visualization.

Steps to Reproduce

This issue occurs when the filter conditions create a URL of more than 7000 characters.

To reproduce the problem:

Navigate to Reports > Create New using the Report Builder Create a bar report with multiple drill downs Add the report to a dashboard and add some filters Click one of the bars in the report Result: If the URL generated by clicking the bar in the report is longer than 7000 characters, the browser displays a blank screen.

Workaround There is no workaround. This issue is a browser limitation.
