Easy Import fails for large tables when using "Mail it" - no email is generated Description Easy import does not send email through the Mail It feature with large tables.

Steps to Reproduce

Navigate to a table with several records.

Right-click on the column and choose Import .

Select Update and click Create Excel template .

Provide an email address.

Click Mail it .

Note that you will not receive the mail and it is not in the System Mailboxes - Outbound module.

Workaround The Easy Import feature is not designed to export large amount of data but rather to download (or export) either an empty template or one with a small number of records to modify and then import back.

In order to export a large number of records, use the full-featured Export functionality:

In list view, right-click on a column.

Choose Export , and then choose the format (for example, XLSX, CSV, and so on).

If the export size is large, you will be asked to email and it will be emailed to you.

To schedule exports through email messages on a regular basis, use the schedule reports feature. For more information, see the product documentation topic Schedule a report .
