UI16: Tooltip hints do not display for the journal fields when the Activities filtered formatter is added to a form Description Tooltip hints do not display for journal fields (for example, Work notes or additional comment) when the Activities filtered formatter is added to a form in UI16.

Steps to Reproduce

Navigate to Incident > Open and open an existing Incident.

If the Activity filter does not appear on the form, add it.

Right-click in the form header and choose Configure > Form Design . In the left column under Formatters , click "Activities (filtered)" and drag it to your desired position. Click Save . In the incident form, hover the mouse cursor over an Additional comments or Work notes field.

Note that the related tool tip hint does not display. You also cannot right-click on the label of the journal fields.

Workaround After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided not to address this issue.
