Form UI on wf_workflow_version table is broken Description On the wf_workflow_version table, the form user interface is broken.

Steps to Reproduce

Navigate to Workflow > Administration > Workflow Versions . Open any workflow version record. Note that the user interface near the condition field is broken.

Workaround Do not place a conditions field in a split .
