UI15 themes Heisenberg, High Contrast, and Light are identical to System Description In Geneva, Helsinki, and Istanbul, certain UI15 themes (Heisenberg, High Contrast, and Light) are indistinguishable from the System theme.

Steps to Reproduce

Open the System Settings window by clicking on the gear icon in the banner frame. In the General tab, click the Switch to UI15 button. In the Theme tab, click on the Heisenberg, High Contrast, or Light themes. Note that the colors will not change from System theme. Workaround This issue is under review.
