See the Activate and configure Qualys Vulnerability Integration product documentation topic for more information around these issues. The update sets are provided along with other best practices for getting started with a Vulnerability Response implementation. Note the following links to the ServiceNow Product Vulnerability Response and Qualys integration documentation: Helsinki Qualys Vulnerability IntegrationVulnerability ResponseQualys configuration and tuning Istanbul Qualys Cloud Platform IntegrationVulnerability Response Landing PageQualys configuration and tuning Update Sets The Qualys_Host_Detection_tpl_update_set.xml and detection_template.xml update sets are attached to this article. These update sets provide a workaround for a critical issue that causes XML payloads from Qualys to be truncated during imports. Refer to the Activate and configure Qualys Vulnerability Integration product documentation topic for details on how to apply these update sets to your Helsinki or Istanbul instance. Note: This workaround has already been included in Helsinki Patch 10 and Istanbul Patch 6.
