UI15: If the activities filter for grc_control_test_definition is placed underneath certain fields, it points to the sys_user table instead Description In UI15, in GRC for grc_control_test_definition, if the activities formatter is placed below the following fields, it will point to the sys_user table when configuring the following activities:

If you are not running UI15, click the gear icon and then click Switch to UI15 .

Activate the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) plugin.

For more information, see the product documentation topic Activate a plugin .

Navigate to GRC > Administration > Control Test Definitions and open any record.

Right-click in the form header and choose Configure > Form Layout .

Include the activities formatter at the bottom of the form and click Save .

On the form, right-click on Activity and choose Configure Activities .

Note that instead of the slushbucket displaying from the grc_control_test_definition table, it displays from the sys_user table.

Workaround

Use one of the following workarounds:

Switch to UI16 to configure the activities formatter.

When configuring the form layout, ensure that the activities formatter is above the following fields:
