In Project Management, selecting "Workbench" causes an error - Known Error

In Project Management, selecting "Workbench" causes an error Description Opening the Project Workbench causes the error "Uncaught TypeError: win.$$(...).each is not a function." This issue does not affect Project Management functionality.

The issue is only seen in instances upgraded from Fuji. It is not seen in other instances.

Steps to Reproduce

Open an instance that was upgraded from Fuji to Istanbul. Navigate to Project > Projects > Workbench . Note that an Uncaught TypeError is displayed in the browser console. Workaround The issue is seen only if the user interface is UI11. Upgrading to UI16 resolves the error.
